just wanted an opinion on this lol. i'm really sick of running barrage or ba on my ranger. wanted to try something a little new.

Idk, it doesn't seem to have much synergy.

Only suggestion I would make is bring an Ebon Scythe. That way you don't have to use Staggering Force at all and can replace it with something more useful.

Put up Staggering Force and EDA, Run into the mob and use Lyssa's Assualt, I get +10e from that. Then just spam mystic + victorious sweep with a zealous scythe. I really haven't had problems with it in HM so far.

I'd say replace one of the attack skills for [pious assault] so that right when you run in you can remove staggering force and have a big blind/weakened mob.

Would require a ebon scythe mod though. Armor of sanctity would be useful also

Why not run [Volley] and spread that same blind from a distance?

If you are you committed to using a scythe, I'd recommend a different elite. [Reaper's Sweep], maybe?

Agree with above, a bow would work better for spreading blind.

But meh, if you like it then go ahead. I really hope this update gives us more options because atm I'm really bored too. Been running daggers and hammers for the last few days meh.

But get rid of Vital Boon for Eremite's Attack. The strength of a R/D is the ability to spam attack skills without energy worries. Utilize that. And maybe Chilling Victory or Radiant Scythe instead of Victorious Sweep since you shouldn't be taking much damage.

It pretty much came down to this. The damage output is pretty good imo. Plowing down pretty much whatever I've come across in HM vanquish atm and with the benefits from expertise it's pretty spammy.

IMO [Dwarven Stability][Lightning Reflexes] > Conviction. You can get22/30 upkeep, which is quite good. 33% IAS increases your damage by quite a bit. 75% block pretty much neutralizes melee damage, and you already have high armor against elemental damage. Dwarven Stability also acts as another enchantment to fuel Mystic Sweep. Get rid of Zealous Sweep or Victorious Sweep.

Also, if you're not running EDA, then [Aura of Holy Might] is a near must for any PvE scythe build.

I don't have factions so I can't run that anyway lol. I haven't played EoTN yet on my ranger so I can't try those two together yet.
